Instructor:

Erika Teola, senior manager, Internet banking and bill pay marketing strategy at Digital Insight, an Intuit company. Erika is responsible for defining strategies to help Digital Insight clients acquire active Internet banking and bill pay users. In her nine years at Digital Insight, she has worked as a senior communications manager and director of customer service and support services. Before joining Digital Insight, Teola worked for Fidelity Federal Bank for 10 years, managing customer service and training. She has over 19 years of experience in financial services.
