Recorded on September 3, 2009

of all online banking users in the U.S. away from the online channel. People want financial management tools. If you don’t
offer them, it's clear members will go elsewhere. In this presentation, Digital Insight, an Intuit company, will share how
doing nothing could cost you millions in growth potential, and then help you chart your best plan of action.
- Know the key challenges facing credit unions today

- The cost to your bottom line by playing defense
