Bruce Chapa, Business Manager for Self Service Logical Security, has been with Diebold since 1995. He is a participant in the X9 Standards Organization, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). Their objectives are to develop, establish, maintain, and promote standards for the financial services industry to facilitate the delivery of financial products. He represents Diebold on X9 to ensure that the Diebold's products and solutions live up to those standards.

Scott Harroff, Chief Information Security Architect at Diebold, leads the company’s logical security initiatives, ensuring that products and services are consistent in their information security architectures and that they meet the necessary logical security standards. He also identifies digital security solutions and partners to expand Diebold’s offerings in the logical security space.
